Ever since the internet came into being, the debate about "internet leads" has raged on. Some agents love them, others hate them and some just don't know what the fuss is about. I was reading a great post about how to analyze lead data at a new real estate marketing blog. Lou does a great job of breaking down what really needs to be done, how to do it and how to evaluate each lead for quality.
If you are a new agent or even a veteran who does not do any internet marketing, the post is still worth reading.
